Quick Answers

How do I confirm my booking?

Your date is confirmed once the booking advance mentioned on your package is received via UPI, IMPS, NEFT or RTGS. Fill the booking form and our team will share payment details and confirm within 24 hours.

What is the refund policy?

Cancel 30+ days before the event for a 75% advance refund, 15-29 days for 50%. Under 15 days the advance is non-refundable but can be converted once into a 12-month credit note. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I reschedule my event date?

Yes. One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 10 days before the event, subject to crew availability. Further reschedules may attract a 10% re-planning fee.
